bst Plug Seal "RR" & "RRS" for use in casing plate and sleeved pipes Modular plug seal system for a fire-resistant, gas- and watertight sealing of cables and pipes up to O.D. 114mm in core holes, sleeved pipes or casing flanges. |

The RR Plug Seal consists of an elastic, halogen-free, highly fire-resistant elastomeric rubber (HFE), with bolts and fittings
made from galvanized steel, or alternatively from high-grade steel A4, material 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti). Bolts can be supplied optionally also with Nyloc nuts, galv. or high-grade steel. |

The RRS Plug Seal consists of an
elastic, halogen-free, highly fireresistant elastomeric
rubber (HFE), with bolts and fittings made from galvanized
steel, or alternatively from high-grade steel.

| These frames are sealed by one of two bst-Modular block systems. Thus, the sealing not only
guarantees
fire resistance but also tightness against gas or water pressure. bst modules are made from a halogen-free, fire resistant elastometric
rubber. |

| bst Casing plates RRFL, made from a solid light-metal alloy, resistant against corrosion, with a Hannoflex-sealing, enable an exact installation with optimum sealing effect together with the bst Plug Seals Type RR-50, 70, 100, 150 and 200. For the subsequent sealing of existing
cables and pipes type RRFLO (= divided version) is used. |

| Sleeved pipes made from PVC with corrugated surface, sand-covered, for a tight connection with concrete. Applicable for bst plug seals RR and sealing systems of type bst-LS, GPD and GPDO. |

| Push the RR-Plug into bore hole or pipe casing (If required use a rubber mallet). | After the cables have been run through the opening, determine number and diameters of bst-modules required, apply a liberal amount of lubricant and put the modules into the plug seal. | Tighten the bolts on fittings diagonally opposite - and that's all! |
