SBS & SBSO Frames
 

Frames SBS and SBSO

Frames made from cold-drawn steel profiles, material thickness 4mm, bars between frame fields on multiple frames made from flat oval precision tubes, entire construction hot-galvanized. Inner space of frames protected against soiling during installation by styrofoam cores (optionally, also the bst-mould can be used).

Frame CO-SBSO

For the subsequent sealing of existing cable installations frame type „SBSO“ with removable top is used. Our technical staff will gladly advise you on best possible application.

Standard Installation in Concrete Formwork

Installation with bst Moulds

made from Austyrol (styro-foam), they facilitate concreting and save expensive formwork. Standard length 30cm, longer lengths upon request. For wall thickness < 30cm mould can be shortened by hand saw!

Installation with Recess Sheeting (Wall Duct)

made from steel sheet, 1.5 to 2.5mm, galvanized, chamfered, used for formwork and to protect remaining recess of aperture.

Installation in Plaster-board Walls

Installation of frame during the erection of wall.

Standard installation, flush with upper level of floor

Frame is already put into floor formwork. This version can be applied if cables are laid vertically and straightly.
