| The revolution in multi cable transits! The system parts are the "Quick-Basic", "Quick-Adapter" and "Quick-Core". With this system cable diameters in a range of 12mm and higher can be sealed easily and quickly. Available for frames in Register 1 (depth of 60mm) and in Register 2 (depth of 90mm). |

Quick-Basic The basic module will seal cables within a tolerance range of 2-3mm! (without a Quick-Adapter) |

Quick-Adapter
Two or three adapter modules are supplied with each module to seal cables with diameters in a tolerance range of 3-5mm each! |

Quick-Core Used together with the Quick Adapter "Small" it forms a filler module which will reserve space for future additions or just complete the filling open space in the frame. |
|
TCM-Ruler In order to facilitate the selection of the correct TCM modules, bst created the TCM-Ruler. With this "measuring tape" you can easily determine the suitable Quick-Fix combination for your cable! |

Quick Fix TCM's are supplied in various packing units consisting of several sets or kits. |

cover inner sides of frame and all rubber parts liberally with bst-lubricant |
measure the cable with the TCM Ruler to determine module required |
remove core .... | |||

Install insert- or multi insert modules according to filling plan. |
Anchor plates put between the module rows facilitate the assembly and increase sealing effect. | |||

bst multi insert modules reduce assembly time, single half-modules are simply torn-off. |
Remaining space to be filled with filler bocks or multi filler blocks. Insert last anchor plate in due time! |
Most important : lubricate all inner surfaces of wedge K-120 sufficiently! Put the side wedges around the central wedge... | |||

...and press the K-120 above the last anchor plate into the frame, but apply pressure only to the head of the bolt! |
Tighten the bolt with socket I.D. 17 mm and ratchet or electric drill. |

If at a later date more cables need to be added to the frame, the frame can be opened, the new cable added, and then closed again at any time. | |||||

Unscrew central bolt and remove it! |
Insert puller screw (attached to puller with a chain) into the tapped hole of central wedge. |
Hook puller to the screw and pull out the wedge by wrench I.D. 22mm. | |||
