1: bst-Multi Cable Transit, the classic bst-Frame.
Cable sealing - fire resistant,  gas and water tight!
A modular system for the sealing of cables, pipes and bus-bars passing through wall and floor penetrations in buildings, ships, offshore platforms and steel constructions. Modules made from halogen-free elastomeric rubber seal each cable or pipe separately against fire, smoke, gas and static as well as dynamic pressure.

Quick-Fix modules

 These frames are sealed by one of two bst-Modular block systems. Thus, the sealing not only guarantees fire resistance but also tightness against gas or water pressure. bst modules are made from a halogen-free, fire resistant elastometric rubber.


Standard modules


L-120 EX anchor plate

 Anchor Plates put between the module rows facilitate the assembly and increase the gas and water tightness of the frame. Anchor plates are available in standard ST37 plated as illustrated and in stainless steel, aluminum and economy formed galvanized sheet steel.

The bst Wedge Compression Unit is the assembly hit! In no time it is inserted into the frame. Tightening the center bolt causes the wedge to expand so that the all the filling material is tightly compressed, completing sealing the frame.

The BFR-Frame Filling Program makes planning easy: 
  This software has been developed by bst to facilitate the detailed planning of the cable layout for each layer of the frame. In the warehouse it allows us to custom pack the frames for each penetration for our customers when requested.
