SBL & LB Series of Frames
 

Design
Construction frames for wall and floor penetrations in concrete, masonry and lightweight walls are made from angle steel, thickness 5mm, as standard version. Bars between frame fields on multiple frames made from flat steel 8mm. SB, SBL and LB frames are hot-galvanized.

Tolerances
SBL and LB frames are manufactured with a tolerance of -0,0mm/+0,3mm for each frame field, so that on frame combinations the overall tolerance could be up to 3mm.
   
Material Quality
Standard: steel St.37.1, hot-galvanized.
Aluminium, material Al.Mg.Si.05, pickled or anodized.
High-grade steel, material 1.4301/A2 (DIN 17456 or AISI 304) resp. 1.4571/A4 (DIN 17456 or AISI 316Ti).

Installation Dimensions
 three basic frame sizes:   
used in various combinations, suffice for fitting into almost any opening
