rubber-like, intumescent material - are put tightly into the remaining space of the installation penetration: the sealing is installed!

8: bst-Pipe Penetration, Modular System, type "bst-Link-Seal" - gas and water tight
Arc-shaped rubber elements, the bst Link Seals, are bolted together to form a chain which seals the annular space between carrier pipe and core hole (sleeved pipe/casing flange) by
applying pressure on the fittings through tightening of bolts. Gas- and watertight!
