Model KMJ Features
  • Cast in corrosion resistant, light weight marine aluminum with stainless steel fasteners for years of trouble free service.
  • IMO/COLREGS certified for vessels up to 75 meters.
  • Famous self draining design - featuring a horizontal bell with horizontal diaphragm head so that water will drain away from diaphragm seat.
  • Energy efficient over a wide range of pressure (15 to 120 psi).  
  • Produces a loud powerful signal using as little as 15 psi in order to command immediate attention.
  • Fully Enclosed models available for cold weather applications.
  • Self Contained models available for when an air supply is not available or desired

  • Self-contained air horn for applications where no air supply is available or desired
  • Available in several model variations featuring our KMJ model air horns - consisting of a motor directly connected to a rotary compressor
  • When equipped with our thermostatically controlled heater these units are an excellent choice for cold weather use
  • Our quality self-contained models meet or exceed the current IMO/COLREGS

These whistle only units are available in several frequencies, in 1, 2, or 3 horn configurations and are designed to withstand the harshest marine environments

KVH = enclosed & heated solenoid valve 120/240 Vac or 24 Vdc

add -L to include a navigation all round white light or whistle light to the assembly

Enclosed and heated air whistles are ideal for use in extreme weather conditions. These units are available in several frequencies and are designed to withstand the harshest marine environments.

These units have the following optional features:-


KMJ-TVE versions feature KMJ horn with enclosed heater and combination manual and 120/220VAC & 24VDC solenoid valve. (Triple Valve Enclosed)


KMJ-KVH versions feature KMJ horn with enclosed heated valve,

120/220VAC & 24VDC solenoid valve,

KVH-EN versions feature a fully enclosed and heated KMJ horn diaphragm with combination solenoid and manual valve. Designed especially for extreme cold weather conditions.

COMPRESSED AIR WHISTLE
MODEL CA & CB

These high quality, resilient air horns are ideal for engine room alarm signaling and are also available as a kit with solenoid valve and/or manual valve and mounting bracket for small vessel use.

Models CA and CB have an efficient design with low air consumption. They also have fine tuning capability with adjustable ring.

Model CA is available in single, bi and omni directional versions with durable, solid cast bronze bell construction and stainless steel diaphragm disc.

Model CB is available in a single tone design with a distinctive spun brass bell and stainless steel diaphragm disc.

MODEL CS-1 & CS-2

Manufactured from cast aluminum, the CS series (not shown) are a smaller yet equally reliable single tone horn.
